The Rotary Club of Banchory-Ternan
cordially invites you to exhibit at the CRATHES VINTAGE CAR & MOTORCYCLE RALLY
to be held in the Milton Park, Crathes, near Banchory,
on SUNDAY 25th MAY, 2008.

Classes and categories to be judged and for which trophies will be awarded:

*1. Veteran & Vintage Class Pre -1930*		*6. Automobiles of America*
*2. Post Vintage Class 1931 – 1939*		*7. Motorcycles (Class 1)*
*3. Collectors Class 1940 – 1961*		*8. Motorcycles (Class 2)*
*4. Collectors Class 1962 - 1972*		*9. Best Dressed Crew on road run*
*5. Collectors Class 1973 – present*		*10. Best of Rally - Rotary Cup*

Please note that exact class designations may change on the day

We encourage participants to wear period cotume appropriate to the age and style of the vehicles.
Please note that participation on the Road Run will be restricted to the first 50 checked-in applicants on arrival at the rally prior to the departure at 10.15 am.

Conditions of Entry:
1. All vehicles must be roadworthy, in safe mechanical condition and have valid road tax.
2. Full or third party Insurance cover must be in place to cover the event, even if not going on the road-run.
3. Each entry will be granted admission to the showground for 2 adults and 2 children.
4. The organisers accept no responsibility for event cancellation or closure due to circumstances beyond our control.

We aim to make your visit an enjoyable one and do our best to run a professional event.
All profit from the rally is donated to charity. We charge no entry fee but will send you some raffle tickets which we hope you will endeavour to sell prior to the rally.
Please bring raffle counterfoils and money to check-in on arrival.
