We create domed badges by printing onto self adhesive vinyl and then precision-cutting the vinyl into the required shape of badge. A crystal-clear liquid plastic is then applied to the surface and it forms a 3D domed effect - the scientific term is a meniscus. When the plastic cures, the result is a clear, non-scratch lens over the front of the labels.
