Badges being domed
Full Colour Digital Print
We use digital print and cutting equipment to produce
flat stickers and domed labels. The inks are solvent
based and so are both waterproof and UV resistant.
We can print in vibrant colours onto vinyl, polyester,
photo-paper and banner material.
Cutting can be virtually any shape, including irregular
shapes.
In the photo, circular labels are being cut prior to
resin doming.
We can print in full colour onto a range of materials
including gloss vinyl, matt vinyl, clear vinyl, matt
silver, matt gold, mirror silver and mirror gold.
Because there is no need for screens, dies or cutting
tools it saves both time and cost.
The smallest labels that we can produce are just 6mm
across and the largest up to 700mm wide.
The labels on the left have been used to brand BT
rack systems.
Vinyl Labels
Many companies use warranty labels to both seal
closures and also prevent tampering that may
invalidate guarantee terms.
We can supply a range of labels from stock or can
produce bespoke labels with your own logo and
details.
The materials that we use are either a white, ultra-
destructible vinyl which disintegrates like old,
flaky paint or a silver which leaves a ‘VOID’ mark
on the surface.
Stock labels come in rolls of 250 labels per roll.
The labels shown on the left are a matt silver that
leaves the word ‘VOID’ if peeled.
We are often asked if we supply labels that cannot
be removed. There is no such label!
These are both a stock item - 25x12mm, 15x6mm
and 20mm round - or can be made to your own size
and design.

Anti-tamper labels
Our golfing items include ball markers, divot repair
tools and groove brushes.
The ball markers are available in a range of finishes
including silver, gold and bronze. The inserts with
your artwork vary in size from 14-18mm depending
on the model of marker. We can supply from 10
upwards.
The pitch repair tools are also available in a range of
models and finishes,
We can also supply bag-tags and membership
stickers
Shown on the left are a couple of leather and
metal keyfobs. The domed insert is 28mm on
this model but we can also supply other models
of fob including all metal and also plastic.
These samples show Scottish clan crests - we
can supply almost any clan crest or family coat
of arms.
The fobs can include photos, logos, text, names
or whatever you want.
Smaller numbers are also not a problem.
Custom Keyfobs
There is a massive range of USB memory drives on the market and
we are able to offer either the inserts as a bespoke service or we can
also offer the finished, customised USB drives.
Model suitable for the domed insert include the ‘Recess’ (shown
below), the ‘Twister’, ‘Square’ etc. As long as there is a flat area to
receive the domed label we can supply.
Due to wildly fluctuating memory prices, we quote the supply of
actual drives on an order-by-order basis.
Equipment that has got full manufacturer’s details,
serial numbers and other data such as power ratings,
conformity or certification not only looks professional
but is often a legal requirement.
We can supply any shape or size of label, printed in up
to full colour with serial numbers, barcodes or just
empty boxes for you to complete.
Minimum quantity is just 100.
A range of materials is available
Where staff or members need an attractive and
professional looking name-badge we can offer these
substantial yet light badges. The backing plate is
tough black plastic and the ‘insert’ is a clear domed
badge with the individual name and/or job title.
Print is up to full colour and we can also handle
metallic colours. There are around 5 shapes
available from stock
Fitting options on the reverse include pin, magnet,
Velcro and magnetic fastening
‘Domed’ badges are our main product. They are
made by printing labels which are then coated with a
2mm thick ‘lens’ of polyurethane plastic. The surface
is non-scratch and gives the label a three-
dimensional aspect. The plastic is slightly flexible so
can be placed on a gently curved surface.
Print can be in up to full colour and size can vary
from as small as 6mm to 200mm in size. Provided
there are not too many sharp angles, almost any
shape can be supplied, including shapes with cut-
outs and windows.
Minimum quantity is just 10 badges.
